The Vice President's job

My main project this year is the 20 Anniversary of the Erasmus Programme. This includes coordination and preparation of various conferences and the final report. Therefore, Sara (our volunteer through the European Voluntary Service) provides me with support; in turn, I teach and supervise her on this topic.
Another big part of my work is representation of ESN. Hence, I am abroad a lot attending ESN internal as well as external events which lead to a better understanding of ESN and eventually more support for our organisation.
Furthermore, as my function suggests, I support Giorgio (as well as of course the other Board Members) in various ways and as best as I can.
Additionally, our sponsors are taken care of by me. That means keeping in touch with them for deepening the relationships. That is why I am also a member of the Marketing and Sponsoring Working Group.
Finally, for all my tasks there is a strong need for being up to date with everything that goes on in the field of education, mobility and exchange in Europe. This makes me collecting and reading a lot of information.
Well, and then there is always a lot of small but as a whole time-consuming stuff to do.
