Discussion of values / mission / vision among ESNers has to (re-)initiated to give ESN a clear direction for the future
- Output: Strategic plan, general policy outline, brand / image proposals, basis for preferred organisational structure
- Timeline:
- Whole year: Online discussion among ESNers
- Till September: Discussions within sections' meetings and NPs
- September: Presidents' meeting for feedback
- CNR September: Presentation of first results / discussion and evaluation within CNR (maybe in small workshops) and Board
- October / November: Plenary and small sessions at RPs
- CND December: Presentation of RP results / discussion and evaluation within CND (maybe in small workshops) and Board
- December / January: Preparation of 'output' documents
- Till March: Presentation to sections and adoption at AGM
- Tasks:
- Matthias tries to find an online tool where all ESNers can discuss values / mission / vision
