Short summary of what we discussed in CNR Warsaw May 2008

 Discussion of values / mission / vision among ESNers has to (re-)initiated to give ESN a clear direction for the future

  • Output: Strategic plan, general policy outline, brand / image proposals, basis for preferred organisational structure

  • Timeline:
    • Whole year: Online discussion among ESNers
    • Till September: Discussions within sections' meetings and NPs
    • September: Presidents' meeting for feedback 
    • CNR September: Presentation of first results / discussion and evaluation within CNR (maybe in small workshops) and Board
    • October / November: Plenary and small sessions at RPs
    • CND December: Presentation of RP results / discussion and evaluation within CND (maybe in small workshops) and Board
    • December / January: Preparation of 'output' documents
    • Till March: Presentation to sections and adoption at AGM
  • Tasks: 
    • Matthias tries to find an online tool where all ESNers can discuss values / mission / vision
    •  
      • Result: Failed; no suitable program found - backup plan: We focus now on the discussions within the sections / NP / RP
    • LTV WG: Think of questions we can ask to sections
