Today is a good day for ESN!!!
We received a signed contract from Universum which will be highly beneficial for ESNers individually and ESN as a whole. In short:
- ESN helps with the Universum Student Survey - the largest globally of its kind.
With this partnership, ESN and its members by participating in the largest career expectation survey will gain insight in employees' expectations. ESN sections and ESN International will be provided with detailed results which are a great tool while dealing with universities and companies.
- Universum provides the infrastructure for the annual ESN Survey.
So are, the ESN Survey has been conducted on a own-built system which showed some lack of user-friendliness. Universum has a 20-year experience in conducting surveys and a ready to use online system. ESN will deliver the topic and questions. Then, Universum will compile the survey and collect answers. In the end, Universum delivers a neat and clean database to ESN for evaluation.
We are excited about this partnership because individual ESN members can evaluate their answers compared to their peers, ESN sections can work with the additional information received, and ESN has a stable and experienced partner for our annual survey. Furthermore, Universum is a very open-minded company which is willing to help ESN accessing private companies.
