We want to find ways to keep the knowledge about ESN inside ESN, register knowledge and pass it on from generation to generation to make our work easier. We are managing the knowledge we have to our benefit, mainly through documents such as NR guidelines, NR checklist, RP/ CM guidelines, info-centre etc

Now, once we have portal, we are able to design structure and start filling it up. Andim, what about users, is it linked with Identity? You can comment on this:)
I think we will publish here all the guidances from infocenter as the beginning. Than users will be able to contribute on line. I was thinking on deviding it into three parts: international, national and local level...

Wiki knowledge base
During our discussions we got an idea to create a knowlege base about ESN projects, best practises and guidlines on Wiki page.
Online country report
We disscused a possiblility to change a word version of a country report to an online version. It would be filled similary to a section questionaire with a possibility of downloading information from satellite websides. It would be much easier for NRs and not necessary to type, what is already online. We decided, that Webteam could work on it, but no specific dedlines were assigned.
Sections Data Base Project
The biggest current project of a group. The aim is to collect hard data about local sections for differen purposes. We also want to present a report about condition of sections for AGM.
