The ESN Treasure Hunt was organized in Italy by 4 sections.
The general feedback was really positive: it was a good way to integrate, get to know better the city
and also the national-international-ESN culture :)
All the sections are now thinking to organize the event again next year, maybe at the beginning of the year. All the sections organized the Treasure Hunt all around the city, sometimes the participants were so excited about all the tasks that discovered the treasure faster than expected .
Soon all the videos on youtube :) (Some are already uploaded)
Organizers (Italian sections):
ESN Genova
ESN Padova
ESN Trento
ESN Roma ASE
ESN Parma finally no….
Feedbacks:
ESN Padova: 26th April. Really positive feedback, probably they’ll organize it again next year.
ESN Genova:27th April. 50 participants, 10 teams of 5 each. Really positive event, probably to repeat next year.
ESN Trento: 2nd May. Pretty positive feedback: 20 participants, divided in 4 teams. Probably they’ll organize it again next year. Questions: is it possible to do it at the beginning of the year, in order to let the Erasmus know better the city? Suggestion: try to make it more network-oriented. They couldn’t feel so much it was an international event, it was more local. But it was nice to think in other EU countries they were organizing a similar event as well.
ESN Roma ASE: 3rd May. 133 participants, divided in 17 teams. Really positive feedback
ESN Parma: they couldn’t organize it finally, but they’re thinking to postpone it in september/October. So they’ll join the project if we’re going to organize it again next year :)
