The Grant WG will operate in the highly interesting and complex world of European Community funding. Join us if you are interested in European affairs and policies, there is a lot to explore, learn and teach.
We have two main goals.
First, we support sections to fund innovative and creative activities by means of grants from the European Commission, Council of Europe and the Members of European Parliament. Therefore, templates, deadlines, FAQ, and good practices are collected and disseminated, preferably using the galaxy and an own website. For obvious reasons we cannot provide information about national or local funds, but sections, NB, and NRs should have a much broader knowledge anyway.
Second, applying to a grant can be complicated and time consuming. As ESN International applies to several grants per year we support the Board by researching best opportunities and reviewing its applications, thus shortening the Board's time spent on grants. Also, we investigate on opportunities for collaboration with other networks to apply for consortium grants which open new doors for ESN.
Get money from the Council of Europe - The European Youth Foundation
The European Youth Foundation is a body of the Council of Europe which gives money to youth activities.
ESN Sections can apply for grants for a project, activity or event, as ESN is made of young people and supports young people.
