Yeeee I'm proud to call my first Country Development online meeting!
We have many things to discuss about, here a short list:

1)SECTION BUDDY SYSTEM PROJECT
Project presented. We’ll contact Jochem (LTV) to work together for the Solidarity Fund, that is connected with our project. Everybody are agree with it .Valentina will prepare a ppt, to be presented during next CNR. Andim will put the doc in wiki.
The minimum standards required for a section to be buddy will be defined mostly with the SSR (Section Status report).
2) SSR - SECTION STATUS REPORT: We discussed about the contents: Andim and Valentina will prepare a final version by this week
3)Country report: just few things to be added, Emanuela will prepare it
4) Section Ambassadors: we should first define and start the section buddy system, then develop this project.
We need: a) the full project plan
b) full funding plan
c) time of the activities.
Btw Jordi and Andim are going to work on it. Andim will talk about it during next board meeting
5) Kyrgyzstan issue: Kyrgyzstan asked us in wich way ESN could help them, even if there is no Erasmus there. Ayseba will prepare some suggestions.
6) Tecnical issues: we have an email address: countrydevelopment@esn.org email address ( it will go to italy@esn.org and to na@esn.org ) . We also have a mailing list now !!
