Country Development WG meeting

Actual Situation:
France: no news
Portugal: we have a new NR! Claudio :)
Greece: no news, 3 sections
Azerbaijan: 1 section (buddy: Lars)
Morocco: 1 section (buddy: Emanuela)
Malta: stable situation, 1 section
Future projects:
We'll focus on 2 main projects:
- SECTION BUDDY PROJECT : to be developed, keep in touch with "Long Term Vision WG", for the Solidarity Fund project.
- ESN AMBASSADORS: Our idea is to create a team of 5 members (more or less) called "ESN Ambassadors".
The aim is to send one of them to each country where there is no ESN yet, or where there is need of help to develop ESN. At the beginning of the semester the ambassador will go there for 3 weeks (guested by the University) and, in contact with the IRO office, will help to raise budget, find sponsors, develop activities... - to be developed -
Other main tasks:
- SSR: prepare the "SECTION STATUS REPORT", with basic info about corporate identity, satellite, galaxy, ESN Identity. NRs have to compile it for every sections at the end of each semester (2 times per year)
-COUNTRY REPORT: Info to be added: future and past events, problems with national / local level
