Country Development Meeting in Brussels

During the last CNR in Brussels we had a really useful meeting, and now we are ready to work on our working group!!Here a short report of our meeting :)

Actual situation

We focused on few countries:

·         France : 9 sections,  a temporary national board, the sections are not really cooperating

·         Portugal: 3 sections, we need a new NR

·         Greece: 3 sections

·         Azerbaijan: 1 section

·         Morocco: 1 section

·         Malta: 1 section, stable situation. 

What we’ll do in the next future:

We’ll try to focus on the countries mentioned before, by participating  to their national platform (it will be the case of France and Portugal), and by preparing some documents with all the informations they can need. 

Some documents were already written before, so we’ll analyze the materials we already have.  

Moreover, we’ll work on a new “SECTION STATUS REPORT”, SSR, with basic informations about corporate identity, satellite, galaxy, ESN Identity. This report has to be compiled at the end of each semester .

A new template for the “COUNTRY REPORT” has also to be prepared. During every CNR the NR will have to present  this report.
