Central European Platform Warsaw

From 14th till 18th November I was together with Matthias and Antonio to the CEP in Warsaw.
Our trip didn't start so well because our flight was cancelled and we were stuck in Charleroi airport at midnight! Fortunately we had the great idea of  renting a car and coming back to Brussels, so finally the next day we were finally able to reach Warsaw.
We arrived there and the first day we had the opportunity to go around the city and look at the very cosy (even if rebuild after the war) old city centre of Warsaw.
Than the next day the CEP started, during three days we had the opportunity to share our ideas and to discuss the major topic of ESN.
Participants were very interested and all the discussions were very useful.
What to say about the social programme?
Simply amazing the organisation of a gala dinner in one of the most fancy room of the Polytechnics, and about parties, Polish people know how to do it ;-)
Finally the last day we had the opportunity to visit the museum of the uprising of Warsaw in 1944, a moment of reflection , not to forget what happened in the past, a past that hopefully will never come back.
Despite the cold weather we had great time in Warsaw and I believe that the CEP stimulated the interested of many people for ESN.
I would like to thank all the participants for their active participation and the OC for providing us with everything needed for a great CEP.
Finally a special thank to Darek who hosted us the last night in his flat!
