The Pr Working Group is proudly presenting one of its grooviest, coolest, most ambitious project ever … the ESN Video!!!
The ESN video will serve to promote ESN as one of the biggest student organizations around Europe as well as show the outside world what it means to form part of the ESN network.

How can we achieve this?
We are asking all sections, National and Local levels, NR’s and International Board, past and present ESN’rs, all of you reading this e-mail to send us clips related to ESN.

What will the structure and content of the video be like?
The video shall expose the different levels existent within ESN:

Local activities (trips, welcoming, orientation day, parties, sports, erasmus day, cultural events, etc.)

National levels (board meetings, national platforms, etc.)
-
Alumni (how is life thanks to ESN)
-
International level (work in the office, ESN House, AGM, CNR, contact with institutions).

Where shall this video be shown?
The ESN video will be ideal for a presentation about ESN at Institutions, conferences, meetings … etc…
- Why should you do your utmost effort to share your best of clips with us?
Because if we like your video and it matches our requirements, your section together with your hometown will be exposed so -such that you and your stakeholders will receive the benefit of visibility.

Deadline
Upload the clips by mid-June. You will be asked to insert a Recipient e-mail address. You can insert pr@esn.org. This will allow us to track your upload and evaluate your clip as soon as possible.
- Technical requirements:
We would like to receive clips taken with proper video camera. Mobile phones and photo cameras are strongly not recommended since we need high quality material.
- What we need to build up the video?
Record your activities and separately, interview exchange students or ESNers about their student exchange experience (portrait shot if possible). We want to show what a super experience ERASMUS really is. We also want people to talk about ESN!! The following is a sample of questions that you may ask:
- What has ESN done for you?
- Why do you participate in ESN activities?
- What is the atmosphere like during ESN activities?
- Would you encourage friends to join ESN and participate in ESN activities?
Any other creative and impressive affirmation in favour of ESN is very welcome! :P
Don't forget to tell us the name of the interviewed person, his/her nationality, the name of your section and your country.
We really would like to expose the city where you record your clip, so try to record in the frame the most known monument (square, street or whatever is famous from the city). Of course, if you decide to record a boat race in the middle of nowhere as activity, than you can record the interview in the city center. Show your city = visibility for you and your stakeholders = benefits for your section and the whole network!!!!
