The International Board is the executive Body of ESN. It consists of five members:
President: My main task is to coordinate the work of the Board, to help, guide and motivate them whenever needed. Other main tasks of my job are representation of ESN towards our main stakeholders and legal responsibility. I have also to work in close contact with CNR coordinating team and responsible of some working groups. For a detailed description go to: The President's job
Vice President: My main responsibilites lay in the 20 Anniversary of the Erasmus Programme project. Furthermore, I coordinate and preprare my attendance at various conferences and gatherings to promote and represent ESN. Finally, I need to follow everything that's going on in the education, exchange, and mobility in Europe. Wanna now more? Go to: The Vice-President's job
Treasurer: My daily tasks consist of checking accounts, booking the incomes and expenses, writing invoices, making transfers, checking reimbursements forms and many others... Everything what is connected with finances of the organisation is my responsibility. I have to also prepare financial reports and budget to be presented during BMs, CNR and AGM. Moreover, I am ESN card coordinator so I take care of orders, payments, production and sending.
Network administrator: I am the responsible person from the internal relations in ESN. Apart from the technical part of my job, which is the daily maintenance of the mailing lists and the databases related to the sections / CNR and board members, I am in charge of the strenghtening the network from inside. I am in constant contact with the board-CNR-webteam and the sections, trying to fill in the information gaps inside ESN. I am also responsible for country development and network expansion. So my job is basically networking, not much in technical sense, more about the human network. For more information visit my blog ;)...
External relations: My tasks mainly concern the relationships with partners, the corporate identity and the contents of website. I also coordinate the Magazine Responsible, the Exchange Programmes responsible and the Press responsible.
