Vice President - board position description
What does it take to be a Vice President of ESN?

president - board position description
Being President means
- having the overview of what is going on in ESN
- supporting, motivating, coordinating other Board Members (and all ESNers)
- having an open ear to every kind of new ideas, suggestions, feedback, complaints, congratulations
- giving new ideas, suggestions, feedback, congratulations
- representing ESN to the outside world (meetings, conferences, seminars etc.)
- representing International student affairs (at the same conferences, seminars, etc. as above)
- planning, coordinating, processing information
This wide spectrum of 'general' tasks is amazingly interesting and fulfilling, but it's not the end of the line. Two projects enrich my volunteering day, which you can see below.

Tuning... not necessarily only about cars
Tuning Educational Structures in Europe
Last Thursday (June 12), I took part in a very interesting conference about Tuning.... Do not worry – ESN is not going to focus on cars from now on :) Because this Tuning is not connected to automobiles at all....

ESNSurvey 2008 - Exchanging Cultures
Have you ever studied, worked or lived abroad?
Tell us more in ESNSurvey 2008: Exchanging Cultures as YOU are the right person to participate in one of the biggest surveys conducted by students for students. This year, the main topic is cultural exchange, integration with local culture and people, adaptation to different cultural conditions, cultural shock and intercultural skills.

My life as Web Project Administrator
As indended for the Supernova to be the tool for US, I decided to start my blog :)
Many people are willing to contact me with a lot of IMPORTANT things, I believe , however it's not so easy to cope with them being not in Brussels, being under the preasure of exam session and companies doing their jobs.
As first post of mine, I then request some time :) As I move to Brussels in less then 3 weeks (yeeah !).
Departure date: 23rd JUNE.
Means of transport: JCN Car

PRIME: Problems of Recognition In Making Erasmus

In 2007, we celebrated the 20 Anniversary of the Erasmus Programme, however still problems exist. It is now time to solve them!
For this reason, ESN International upon request from the European Commission has developed the PRIME project to identify obstacles towards recognition of studies abroad. This project will reshape the landscape of student mobility through some easy steps:

ESN Radio
Even though my mandate will be over soon, I'm still working for esn! :) (I wonder if I'll ever finish...)
so here is it:
Do you want to make the ESN Webradio?
The PR and Communication working group is looking for webradio teamers.
ESN is diversifying its communication tools: after the Galaxy (plus Identity) Supernova, and the Wiki, we are now about to launch a webradio.
ESN Web radio?
Why a radio? Because we have something to say and the desire to be heard. And because we want to share music coming from all over Europe, your Erasmus songs and all the artists we like!
A radio constitutes an original way to convey information. Internauts and esners like to listen to the radio while they’re using their computer. It’s therefore ideal for purposes of communication.
