Europass - opening doors to learning and working in Europe

Thank you in advance for your effort in going through this post, I promise you will find it useful (but only if you read it ;))

Question number 1: do you know what Europass is?

(answer: Europass is a new way of helping people to: make their skills and qualifications clearly and easily understood in Europe (European Union, EFTA/EEA and candidate countries), ant therefore move anywhere in Europe.)

what have we done so far?

Some 10 days ago, our dear WG leader, Mr. Lambers, wrote a beautiful and colourful email to all LTV WG members, and sub-WG coordinators in particular... one of the sentences there was: 23/11/2007: All sub-coordinators must post results on Supernova

As a sub-coordinator (in charge of ESN and Society subgroup of LTV WG), and as a loyal ESNer, I have to obey what Mr. Lambers says. So, here is what we have done so far.

Reaching out to Young People: Breaking Barriers - Fostering Mobility

A couple of months ago, ESN was asked to contribute to Youth Opinion with an article on openness and reaching out to young people from ESN's perspective.

Youth Opinion is a magazine of the European Youth Forum. The latest issue, containing our text, came out last week.

European Youth Forum Council of Members


Once again, the European Youth Forum (YFJ) gathered representatives from its 95 Member Organisations for the Council of Members meeting (COMEM), an event held twice a year. This time round, 160 delegates got together in Brussels on 9-10 November. For the first time after being accepted in the Forum, ESN was represented by three delegates: Jelena Brankovic, Davide Capecchi and Giorgio Marinoni.
