We collect systematic information from previous OCs: their work, the preparations, difficulties, etc.
Giving Besançon OC information about sponsorships, fundraising and official grants. Set up a general review of the current structure of AGMs. Help the OC to solve logistical and budget-related issues.
Evaluate the online questionnaire and talks with the AGM OC about input for the AGM guidelines and the chair guidelines.

Besancon - the city of the AGM 2008
Just before CND, I had the opportunity to spend a few days in the city of the upcoming AGM. Read here what I found out.
what we'll do in the near future
The AGM is still far ahead.
You might think so, but for everybody involved time's flying.
So, what we're doing here in the working group is:
- Preparing (better: Proofreading) all Guidelines (for AGM 2008 and new applicants in the future)
- Writing the registration procedure
- Being in constant touch with the AGM 2008 OC
- Evaluating the last AGM questionnaire (almost 100% done)

In any case, the AGM 2008 will be great event in a lovely city. I'll post some pictures and a report from my visit to Besançon later.
